Description

Delicious BBQ Cheeseburger Sliders that are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Bake 6 slices of bacon at 400°F (200°C) on a parchment-lined sheet pan for 25 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven, cool, and crumble.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Once browned, drain excess grease. Add minced garlic and BBQ sauce, stirring thoroughly.
  3. Slice King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  4. Add a layer of pepper jack cheese slices, followed by the ground beef mixture.
  5. Top with shredded colby jack cheese, crumbled bacon, crispy fried onions, and an optional drizzle of BBQ sauce.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls onto the sliders. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy.
