Delicious BBQ Cheeseburger Sliders that are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.

- 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Sesame seeds
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 6 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Bake 6 slices of bacon at 400°F (200°C) on a parchment-lined sheet pan for 25 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven, cool, and crumble.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Once browned, drain excess grease. Add minced garlic and BBQ sauce, stirring thoroughly.
- Slice King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan.
- Add a layer of pepper jack cheese slices, followed by the ground beef mixture.
- Top with shredded colby jack cheese, crumbled bacon, crispy fried onions, and an optional drizzle of BBQ sauce.
- Place the top halves of the rolls onto the sliders. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until the tops are golden and cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- You can add your favorite toppings such as pickles or jalapeños.
- Leftover sliders can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
