A delightful twist on classic rice krispie treats, infused with delicious banana pudding flavor.

- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with the milk until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir the prepared banana pudding mixture into the melted marshmallows until fully combined.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated. Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers for extra flavor and crunch.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan and press the mixture evenly into the pan. (Tip: Use a greased spatula or wax paper to avoid sticking.) Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the treats if using.
- Let the Rice Krispie treats cool completely at room temperature, about 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh mini marshmallows.
- The treats can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add additional toppings such as sliced bananas or nuts for extra texture.
