- 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or use non-stick spray.
- Place the sliced zucchini in a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the zucchini evenly.
- Spread the seasoned zucchini slices evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini. Top with breadcrumbs to form a crispy layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
