Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven – Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Pan – Grease a donut pan well with cooking spray or melted butter.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt.
  4. Combine Wet Ingredients – In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients – Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
  6. Fill the Donut Pan – Fill each donut cavity about ¾ full with the batter.
  7. Bake – Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
