  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or position a wire rack over the sheet.
  2. Thoroughly pat the dill pickles dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
  3. Slice each pickle lengthwise into two equal halves using a sharp knife.
  4. Evenly sprinkle smoked paprika and garlic powder over the cut sides of the pickles if desired.
  5. Wrap each pickle half tightly with a slice of bacon, securing the ends underneath or with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place bacon-wrapped pickles seam side down on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack.
