Bacon Chicken Sticks are a delicious snack or appetizer made by wrapping mozzarella sticks in a mixture of shredded chicken, bacon, and cheese, then baking them until golden and crispy.

- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup shredded chicken, cooked
- 1 cup ranch sauce
- 1 cup bacon pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic seasoning
- 1 container mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup crunchy breadcrumbs
- Salt to your preference
- Pepper as needed
- Non-stick spray
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (or 200°C) so it heats up while you prepare.
- In a large bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and the ranch. Make sure it’s all combined evenly.
- Grab a mozzarella stick and wrap it completely with the chicken and bacon mixture.
- Dip the wrapped sticks into breadcrumbs mixed with garlic and onion powders, adding a little salt and pepper.
- Put the coated sticks on a parchment-lined sheet pan, then lightly spritz with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
- Pop them into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Cool for a moment before eating.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite seasonings to the mixture.
- Serve with additional ranch sauce for dipping.
