A delicious and easy-to-make Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Skillet that combines all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a comforting one-pan meal.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 cups minute rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet, add the ground beef and diced onions. Cook until no pink is visible, then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain off excess grease, then season with seasoned salt.
- Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, minute rice, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a light simmer for 2-3 minutes until broth is absorbed.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bacon, cover, and allow the steam to melt the cheese. Serve and enjoy!
