Description

Delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Pretzel Sliders perfect for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 450 g ground beef or preferred ground meat
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 12 teaspoons burger seasoning blend
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • 30 ml dill relish
  • 15 ml yellow mustard
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 18 pretzel slider buns
  • 16 slices white American cheese or cheese of choice
  • 170 g canned crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle burger seasoning over the meat, then add ketchup, dill relish, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine evenly.
  4. Preheat oven to 175°C. Arrange the bottom halves of the pretzel slider buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Place half the cheese slices on the bottom buns. Evenly distribute the beef mixture over the cheese, then top with chopped bacon.
  6. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
  7. Spread a layer of burger sauce over the bacon. Scatter crispy fried onions over the sauce, then top with the remaining cheese slices.
  8. Place the top halves of the pretzel buns on the assembled sliders. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
  9. Cut the sliders into individual portions and serve hot with any remaining burger sauce for dipping.
