Delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Pretzel Sliders perfect for parties or gatherings.

- 8–10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 450 g ground beef or preferred ground meat
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1–2 teaspoons burger seasoning blend
- 60 ml ketchup
- 30 ml dill relish
- 15 ml yellow mustard
- 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 18 pretzel slider buns
- 16 slices white American cheese or cheese of choice
- 170 g canned crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle burger seasoning over the meat, then add ketchup, dill relish, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine evenly.
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Arrange the bottom halves of the pretzel slider buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place half the cheese slices on the bottom buns. Evenly distribute the beef mixture over the cheese, then top with chopped bacon.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
- Spread a layer of burger sauce over the bacon. Scatter crispy fried onions over the sauce, then top with the remaining cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the pretzel buns on the assembled sliders. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
- Cut the sliders into individual portions and serve hot with any remaining burger sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding pickles or jalapeños to the sliders.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
