Description
A delicious creamy sauce made with cream cheese and chives, paired with juicy bacon and beef burgers to elevate your burger experience.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 8 strips thick-cut bacon
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 4 large butter lettuce leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Cook bacon strips in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy and golden, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with minced garlic and chopped chives until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and gently form into patties slightly larger than your buns, creating a small indentation in the center.
- Heat the same skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until desired temperature is reached.
- Slice brioche buns in half and brush cut sides with melted butter. Toast in a dry pan until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread herbed cream cheese generously on both halves of each toasted bun. Layer bottom bun with lettuce, burger patty, 2 strips of bacon, and top bun.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic according to your preference.
- For a spicier kick, add some jalapeños to the burger.
- This sauce can also be used as a dip for fries or vegetables.
