Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • Fresh arugula (optional)
  • 115 g goat cheese, softened
  • 15 ml honey
  • 0.25 g ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 175°C to prepare for warming the sandwiches.
  2. Slice each croissant horizontally into two halves.
  3. Combine goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth and well blended.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bottom halves of the croissants, layer thin apple slices on top, add arugula if desired, then cover with the top halves.
  5. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until warmed through.
  6. Remove from oven and serve immediately while warm.
