- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
- Fresh arugula (optional)
- 115 g goat cheese, softened
- 15 ml honey
- 0.25 g ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Set the oven to 175°C to prepare for warming the sandwiches.
- Slice each croissant horizontally into two halves.
- Combine goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth and well blended.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bottom halves of the croissants, layer thin apple slices on top, add arugula if desired, then cover with the top halves.
- Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until warmed through.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately while warm.
