Description
A refreshing and delicious salad featuring broccoli and cauliflower tossed in a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Broccoli florets
 - 2 cups Cauliflower florets
 - 1/2 cup Red onion, finely chopped
 - 1 cup Shredded carrots
 - 1 cup Raisins
 - 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
 - 1 cup Mayonnaise
 - 1/4 cup Sugar
 - 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
 
Instructions
- Wash the broccoli and cauliflower florets under cool running water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar, and whisk until smooth.
 - Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables and gently toss to coat.
 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
