Description

A refreshing and delicious salad featuring broccoli and cauliflower tossed in a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cauliflower florets under cool running water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar, and whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables and gently toss to coat.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
