Description
Delicious air fryer salmon bites served with a rich garlic cream sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb fresh salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the salmon bites for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).
- While the salmon is cooking, make the garlic cream sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Once the salmon bites are done, drizzle the garlic cream sauce over them and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately, either as an appetizer or with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Ensure salmon is fresh for the best flavor and texture.
- Adjust seasonings to your liking.
- Can be served with vegetables or rice as a complete meal.
