Ingredients

- 1/2 pound fresh radishes, washed
- Olive oil spray
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Trim stems and roots from the radishes, then slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- Place radish slices on a baking sheet and coat lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are browned and chips are crisp.
- Transfer chips to a cooling rack and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Store leftover chips in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
